Very professional
Bill was very throughout with his inspection and sent us not only the inspection for our pool but also estimates of the work that needed to be done as well as a timeline for such repeairs.
Showed up on the day they were suppose to. There were a few issues but my he worked with us and things were fine. Price was better than the other 3 contractors.
After finding Ideal Pools to be the best reviewed contractor on Home Advisor I hired them to complete a remodel of my pool - new plaster, tile, and flagstone coping. Their prices were quite a bit better than the other bids I received, and the final bill at the end of the project was exactly as we had agreed ahead of time (I was also able to bill to a credit card to get rewards points, a nice bonus). The completed work was all high quality, and any minor issues I had during the construction were quickly handled without a problem. There were a few miscommunications early in the effort (e.g., an email from me with several questions would get a reply only answering one of them), but all in all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Bill and his crew.
Working with Bill and the crew was an easy process. Each crew was very accomplished and professional, and always left the work area clean. The crews clearly take pride in their work. Time was taken to assure we were pleased with each step of the process and understood the time lines, what would happen next and the proper care of the pool. Bill promptly responded to all phone calls. Excellent customer service.
Great service. Quickly came out and resolved all my pool issues and were better priced than the rest of the quotes I received. Also very knowledgeable.

Bill was responsive to email and text. He provided sample tiles as requested. He addressed our concerns and made the necessary corrections. His crew kept the work area clean. Ideal Pools Services did an excellent job and we are pleased with the re-tile and plaster job. I would recommend Bill to others.
Bill was very helpful in helping me make the fight decision when re-designing my pool. Worker were professional, cleaned up after themselves and did and excellent job. Would recommend to other and would hire again.

They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain anything to you , taking as much time as necessary . They stay within budget. The crews are honest and trustworthy and clean the job site before leaving each day. We are so pleased with this company that a rating of 5.0 seems inadequate .
Omg, the best pool service ever! I called on a Monday, they were here on Tuesday! Very professional and knowledgeable not to mention, reasonable!
Needed installation of new pump motor. He detected a couple of other minor things that made my pool run more efficiently that it has in years.
